The DraftDeep AI Software and Subscription

Subscription Terms: Access to the Software requires a subscription. Subscription terms, including fees, billing procedures, and renewal policies, will be provided at the time of subscription.

This license is for the sole purpose of enabling us to provide, promote, and improve the Software and to make content submitted to or through the Software available to other companies, organizations, or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication of such content on other media and services.

Publicity Rights

Use of Your Name and Trademarks: You grant us the right to use your company name and logo as a reference for marketing or promotional purposes on our website and in other public or private communications with our existing or potential customers, subject to your standard trademark usage guidelines as provided to us from time-to-time. We don't want to list customers who don't want to be listed, so you may send us an email to support@draftdeep.com stating that you do not wish to be used as a reference.

We may update this Terms of Service to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this website prior to the change becoming effective.

User Accounts

Account Creation: You must register for an account to access certain features of the Software. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Responsibility for Account: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations

Payment Terms: Access to certain features of the Software may require payment. All fees are quoted in United States dollars and must be paid in advance. Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable.

Subscription Renewal: Unless either party requests termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current subscription period, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access to the subscription until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: DraftDeep and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual property rights. Except for the rights expressly granted under these Terms, no other rights are granted, neither expressly nor by implication.

User License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DraftDeep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software for your internal business purposes.

Restrictions: You shall not (a) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Software in any way; (b) modify or make derivative works based upon the Software; (c) create Internet "links" to the Software or "frame" or "mirror" any content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device; or (d) reverse engineer or access the Software in order to (i) build a competitive product or service, (ii) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Software, or (iii) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Software.
